Brown Bag Seminar Series

Join Us in our Brown Bag Seminar Series!
The Women in Economics Brown Bag Seminar Series is an informal, research-focused forum designed to foster academic exchange among our members. Inspired by the tradition of “brown bag” seminars—casual lunchtime gatherings where researchers share and discuss ongoing work—the series provides a welcoming space to present work in progress, explore early-stage ideas, and discuss research challenges in a constructive and supportive environment.
Sessions are held online on the first Friday of each month from 12:00–1:00 PM. Each session typically features a short presentation followed by an open discussion, offering participants the opportunity to receive feedback, exchange ideas, and connect with peers across institutions and research fields.
