Join us for our sixth session featuring Qinyou Hu, an Assistant Professor of Economics at University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research fields are Development Economics and Applied Microeconomics, with a particular focus on family, education, and health. Her work draws on multidisciplinary insights from economics, psychology, and sociology, often employing field experiments and both observational and experimental data. Qinyou's broader research agenda emphasizes how social networks and non-cognitive skill development can shape outcomes in developing economies and inform effective policy interventions.
